Refund policy

Your right to cancel (UK and EU consumers)

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) — or the equivalent EU Consumer Rights Directive — to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [insert email] within that period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods once you've told us you're cancelling.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or evidence of dispatch, if earlier), using your original payment method. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described.

Condition of returned goods

To be eligible for a return, items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, wherever possible. We may reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of unnecessary handling beyond what's needed to inspect them (as you would in a shop).

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or your equivalent local consumer protection law. Contact us at [insert email] with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll resolve it at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Pre-order cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. If a pre-ordered product is delayed significantly or cancelled by the manufacturer, we will notify you and offer a full refund if you no longer wish to wait.
